Laura has a tremendous breadth of experience in both transactional matters as well as litigation.

Prior to joining Jaffa & Co, Laura’s recent experience involved handling international arbitrations and multi-jurisdictional shipping, yachting, and logistics disputes. Laura’s experience covered matters in LMAA and ad-hoc arbitrations, mediations, High Court cases and Court of Appeal applications. These disputes cover issues such as broad shipbuilding quality, port congestion, COVID-related delays, and experience in charterparty disputes including breaches, force majeure, hull fouling and speed and performance claims.

Laura previously spent six years working in Monaco, working in-house for one of the largest privately owned shipping companies in the world and then two years working for one of the largest international shipping law firms.

Laura brings the benefit of her hybrid experience to her work in which she delivers results with energy and passion.
