Rosanna is a solicitor and her practice is focused on commercial litigation and international arbitration on both marine and aviation matters.

Rosanna also enjoys advising Owner clients on the interpretation of construction contracts and termination and/or delay of construction contracts affected by international sanctions.

Prior to joining Jaffa & Co, Rosanna worked at a specialist commercial disputes firm where she gained significant experience with civil and commercial High Court proceedings as well as EU proceedings seeking the annulment of sanctions.
