Examples of our work

1. Representing the arranger and fund manager on the pre-delivery payment and long-term financing and leasing arrangements for three Boeing 787-9 aircraft leased to a middle eastern airline and owned by Irish entities. This transaction won Air Finance Journal’s Structured Lease Deal of the Year 2019.
2. Advising the mandated lead arrangers and senior lenders on the JOLCO financing of seven Airbus A321neo aircraft for a European LCC.
3. Acting for a major European flag carrier on its acquisition by purchase and through operating leases of approximately 60 aircraft and arrangements for transitioning the aircraft into the airline’s existing fleet.
