Fred is an experienced lawyer with a focus advising on high-value asset transactions and disputes across the maritime and commercial sectors. He joined Jaffa & Co following a career spanning both private practice and in-house legal roles.

Prior to joining Jaffa & Co, Fred trained and practised at a specialist maritime law firm, advising shipowners, financiers and other industry stakeholders on a wide range of vessel financing matters, including newbuild financings, sale and leaseback arrangements and debt refinancing transactions. He also developed significant experience in high-value shipping disputes, acting in international arbitrations and advising clients across the maritime sector.

Known for his approachable manner and collaborative style, Fred enjoys building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate complex matters with confidence.
