Ieva is a paralegal based in our London office and joined Jaffa & Co in 2025. She graduated with excellent academic results from the University of Exeter in 2024 with an LLB (Hons) in Law and has since completed her LPC LLM prior to joining the firm.

Ieva has a background in the superyacht industry, having previously worked in crew payroll alongside her studies. She now aspires to qualify as a solicitor.

As a result of growing up on the island of Guernsey, Ieva enjoys a variety of water sports, including power boating and sailing.
