Irina is a highly experienced lawyer with 25 years of professional legal practice. For the past 13 years, she has specialised in business and corporate aviation and has contributed to the successful completion of over one hundred international transactions involving new and pre-owned private jets.

Irina has worked with leading aircraft manufacturers, operators, banks, and brokers, serving as the sole legal advisor for all end-to-end transactions, corporate matters, compliance, new dealership setups, and mergers and acquisitions.

Irina also specialises in superyacht transactions, with a particular focus on the firm’s Middle Eastern client base. She is experienced in new construction projects as well as pre-owned superyachts, and works closely with the London and US offices of Jaffa & Co.
