With a background in marketing, she has a strong track record in enhancing brand visibility and streamlining internal processes across the luxury sector.

Her expertise includes event coordination, digital and print marketing, and team support; ensuring smooth operations and consistent brand messaging. She has significant experience in high-end international markets, notably in Monaco and along the French Riviera.

Before joining Jaffa & Co, Nadya developed strong expertise in the yachting sector, where she coordinated internal and external communications, led marketing campaigns, and supported strategic business initiatives.
